RD minister replied in Kerala assembly that one of the VEOs in gramapanchayath will be the implementing officer of the national rural livelihood mission(NRLM).He added that Kudumbashree will be the implemeting agency for this scheme.

There will be problem when implimenting the scheme Some PTs Member secretary of Kudumbashree are not VEOs Second problem there will be three controllors ie.PT,Block,Kudumbashree Mission Assembly meeting minister said that already gave 2.5 crores to Kudumbashree during the current financial year.NRLM funds are not exclusevely for women but also for men SHGs
ReplyDeleteഎട്ടു നിലയില് പൊട്ടിയ ഒരു പദ്ധതിയാണ് എസ്.ജി.എസ്സ്.വൈ............... എന്.ജി.ഓകള് വഴി പദ്ധതി നിര് വ്വഹണം നടത്തിയിട്ടുളള സ്റ്റേറ്റുകളിലെ സ്ഥിതിയും വ്യത്യസ്ഥമല്ല. കുടുംബശ്രീ വഴി നടപ്പിലാക്കിയ സ്വയം തൊഴില് പദ്ധതികളടെ ഗതിയും ഏതാണ്ട് തഥൈവ തന്നെ….മൊത്തത്തില് ചില കാട്ടിക്കൂട്ടലുകളാണ് അവിടെയും നടക്കുന്നത്....അവിടെയും, ഇവിടെയുമൊക്കെയിരിക്കുന്ന കുറെ അച്ചപ്പും, മുറുക്കും പിന്നെ കുറെ വാഴക്കുലകളും, തേങ്ങയുമൊക്കെയാണ് അവിടുത്തെയും ഐറ്റങ്ങള്. പെണ്ണുങ്ങളെ ശാക്തീകരിക്കാനാണന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് കോടികളാണ് തലപ്പത്തുളളവര് അടിച്ചുമാറ്റിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. ദേശീയ ഗ്രാമീണ തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയില് സര്ക്കാര് തന്നെ തൊഴിലും കൂലിയും കൊടുക്കുന്ന സാഹചര്യത്തില് ഇത്തരം തട്ടിപ്പ് പദ്ധതികള് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുകയാണ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്
